| The Bluegrass District LTC Ombudsman Program held a training event for certified ombudsmen in December.
The Bluegrass program serves nearly 7,000 residents living in 128 facilities in Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Powell, Scott, and Woodford counties. The certified ombudsmen pictured above made 4,000 visits to facilities and worked to resolve 800 complaints during the past year!
